Taurus offers an array of In Line Connectors for Downhole ESP systems. These robust connectors are available in both field attachable and shop attachable versions, and feature key facets of Taurus technology.

Taurus Inline Connectors consist of a male or female connector that can be mated to a Mandrel, another Connector, or a Packer Penetrator. Taurus In-Line Connectors are designed to reduce time and costs associated with flat to round cable conversions and other downhole splice applications. Taurus also offers a Mechanical Splice that significantly reduces component complexity and number, as well as field time for downhole splice applications.

Taurus Engineering staff will rapidly design, fabricate, test and ship an In-Line Connector System to meet your specific application needs.

Unlike traditional Connectors on the market today, Taurus In-Line Connectors are designed with variable sized back housing and adapters. These back housings allow any style and size of ESP cable to be molded or attached to the connector without forcing a customer to undergo other flat to round cable conversion methods.

In Line Connectors are manufactured from cast stainless steel. Each Connector has a specialized interchangeable Back Housing, Cartridge Body, and Adapter in order to adequately meet the requirements of your application.

Taurus sealing technology provides a system with three lines of defense against environmental leaks. Our drop down Coupling Nut technology allows a technician to verify a thorough seal before completing installation in the field.

Taurus also provides Redress Kits that allow an end-user to effectively clean and re-use In Line Connectors for a considerable savings of time and cost.
